My Exceed RC Sunfire came today!!
I was able to get the battery charged up and squeak in a pack before (well almost before) it was too dark too see, and all I can say is WOW! This car performs WAAAAY better than I expected it would, Its got tons of torque, and much faster than I figured it would be, especially considering the included gearing is the high torque low speed setup. I really don't know much about rc cars, and I wont pretend to, but to mee it seems well built and it is a blast to drive, my only complaint is the run time with the stock 2000mah NiMh is well exactly what you would expect I guess, but I will defiantly be going 2s LiPo. The motor is a 3300kv brushless inrunner, with a 75a ESC, the brake function on the esc is good, and the included 2.4ghz transmitter isnt too shabby, I figured it would feel really cheap and sloppy, but its really not too bad. Though I have no idea what to do with it the suspension is fully adjustable. All and all I am very happy with it.

I think these are spring shims, the Chinglish directions are a bit vague, anybody know for sure.

Yeah, they came with the Stampede as well.  I think they are for adjusting the shock ride height, maybe even to help with shock tension.  But then again, what do I know, they didn't look like anything that could go on an airplane so I just tossed them aside!

Looks pretty awesome!  Can't wait to get it out with the Pede!

I am looking at these lipo's with the hard case looks like a direct drop in for my car, anybody know of any this side of the pond for a reasonable price?
